Men especially like to think that they are completely logical and that their decisions are based on "just the facts". The truth is that we are all guided by our emotions. If you want to motivate someone then you have to stir their emotions. You have to make them feel their pain and then show them a way to feel good about the solution you have for their pain. You can't just spit out facts. Boring!! Make them cry, make them laugh and motivate them.
